Reading Interventions to Respond to Instruction
Join us for a very informative evening as we learn about how to look at data and use the data to make informative decisions regarding instruction. We will also spend time learning about a variety of skill based interventions and how to match them to a readers' needs. We will have a boxed dinner as we listen to our key note speaker, Dr. Matt K. Burns from the department of Educational Psychology and a director of the Reading Research Department at the University of MN. After the keynote we will seperate for mini sessions geared towards elementary, middle and highschool.
The event will take place on January 22nd, 2014 from 5:30-8:00 PM at the Educational Center in the Bloomington School District. This event is free to MRA members and 25$ for non-members. If you are interested in becoming a MRA member, the event will cost 45$ which will include the workshop, dinner and a membership.
