Share an Idea / Go Home with new ideas to use in your classroom
Who: All teachers and administrators who are currently using strategies from The Daily 5 and/or The CAFÉ Book by Gaily Boushey and Joan Moser, or about to incorporate these strategies into their daily repertoire of teaching.
What: In September, teachers and administrators met to discuss The Daily 5 and/or The CAFÉ Book by Gail Boushey and Joan Moser. Whether you were able to attend the book study in September or not, you are invited to join us on October 28th to share one activity or strategy you have been using with Word Work/Vocabulary. If you would like to bring samples, please do so.

When: Thursday, October 28, 2010.
Dine and dialogue from 5:30-6:00 p.m.
Discuss the book from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Attend TCARC Meeting from 7:30-8:00 p.m.

There is no cost to participate in this event and you do not need to be a Twin Cities Area Reading Council (TCARC) member. If you choose to dine at Davanni’s, you will pay for the cost of your meal. TCARC will provide dessert.
